📦 Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
If your item qualifies:

Email our support team with a photo of the unopened product

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address

After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund of the product subtotal (excluding shipping)

🚚 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
